Smart switch gave me a bk file during back up. But won't open it now.

I have tried probably 20 different apps and no luck opening it. Any ideas? I have also tried renaming the file then opening, with no luck. In out of options that I know of. Any help would be awesome!

Any backup file would be encrypted and possible to restore only by SmartSwitch to the exact same phone it created it from. You can't 'open' it and browse its contents; it is only meant to be restored (with granular selections within the app during the process).
