Spent a few hours scouring the internet for an answer. I can't believe there isn't any information on my problem. Found lots of leads and they ended up all being dead ends. Question is...
1.) I click sync with outlook in Smart Switch, the contacts synchronised fine, however my To Do tasks were put into "Tasks in Archive Folders", why not in the to-do list? For some reason I also got annoying messages in Outlook during the sync'ing process that stated "The reminder for "..." will not appear because the item is in a folder that does not exist". I really don't wnat to have to sit there manually clicking away at those boxes for all my To Do list tasks every time I sync.
2.) What's more, my calendar wasn't sync'd at all! At least I can't find it if it has.
In s-planner "Microsoft Exchange Active" is not green, I have no idea how to enable it or if indeed it needs to be activated.
To be honest I don't know what to even try next, all the information on the internet is disjointed and doesn't seem to lead anywhere... totally lost guys.
Need some help.
