Smart Switch not transferring everything,help

[Android Central Question]

Hi Guys,thanks for seeing.i need help guys,i have updated my S7 verizon to the last firmware.I have make a backup first using Smart switch and all right.So,after update,when i try to restore using Smart Switch,it just transfer photos,videos,and music.Apps,messages,contacts has not being transferred.It says error.Please,i need help!Thanks in advance
PS:It's is happening to many people after the last Smart Switch update.
