Good morning everyone.

Okay so I have Smartcall enabled. When I see one number there, the description of the business is incorrect. I know because I work here myself.

What I want to know is how the network is picking up a business name that no longer exists. All the phone numbers should have been ported many months ago.

Im worried our customers and suppliers will see the wrong business name.

Either smart call hasn't picked up yet on the change since u mentioned you ported over or need to contact the carrier who did the porting.

I don't know who directly manages the database, but I'm guessing name changes aren't always automatic. Maybe the new business has to register specifically somewhere?
