Smartphone Newbie

Just got my first smartphone, Optimus Slider from VM.

I'd like to say it's been easy but VM has been a real pain and it seems to continue, hence my finding you. Hope to get some great support to navigate or bypass VM altogether.

You say that now! Wait til I start bombarding you with questions. Already have 2 problems. Screen has frozen 2 times since Thurday on Optimus Slider. Had to take battery out but do I get a replacement or is this SOP and now I cannot get on the internet. Is that a VM issue or phone? GAHAAH
