I had the same problem but now the app is working for me just fine .. Just do the following
1- install "Hola VPN" to change ur IP to Canada.
2- clear data and cache of "SmartWorld" app.
3- open Hola and choose "SmartWorld" app and then change the Flag to Canada and then press "open" and it might ask for update so press "yes" to update the app and it will work after the update is done.
