SMS alert during call?

Sorry if this has been asked or if I'm just an idiot and missed something...


If I'm in a call and an SMS comes in, I get an obnoxious alert in my ear. Any way to turn this OFF?

At least you get one when on Bluetooth my text alert won't sound. Not sure why

Handcent SMS. That's the answer to all SMS related questions.

Unless you don't need to send pics then Handcent is not the answer. Glaring bug.

Yeah I tried going back to the stock messaging app from Handcent... couldn't do it.
