SMS and Lightflow?

I apologize if this has been asked previously, but I have the paid version of Lightflow and cannot set the LED notification for stock SMS, but instead SMS Apps (Handcent, etc.) which I don't use. I'm not sure if there's something I'm missing.

If you set the SMS Apps, it will control the notification of stock Messaging app. I don't have any other's installed and my notification is lighting up the color I selected in SMS Apps every time I get an SMS message.
