So my max is Stock, latest ota, non rooted. When I go to type out an sms, in the stock sms app, everything is underlined as if the spelling is wrong. Doesn't matter what keyboard I use. Same result.

Seems strange that it is every keyboard. Maybe the ROM can't read an attached dictionary? I am honestly guessing here....
