SMS not sending

Hi

Just got another 6p but with 64gb memory

Everything is spot on after set up but I cannot send SMS to various recipients. I can receive no problem .

Tried to research but only comes up with MMS issues or guys that were on Project Fi. This doesn't affect me as I am in UK

Running 6.0.1 Tried messenger, textra and hangouts but no dice

Anyone having or had same issues ?

Do you mean that you cannot send SMS to anyone at all, or just to specific people? If the latter, do you know if they are using iPhones?

Seems to be anyone and half are iPhone users half android. Quite perplexing tbh

I suspect that you may be sending MMS's without realizing you are doing so. If that is the case, then you need to ensure that your APN is set up correctly. Search your carrier's website support pages for "APN" and double-check your settings accordingly.

No luck. All updated with some missing settings but still not sending. It's very odd.
