SMS Pro is a huge battery hog

Had it installed and I can tell you my battery life suffered alot with installed . Uninstalled now. Anyone know why this app. does this? May try Handcent.

Hmmm... I have used this off and on over the last couple years, I currently do not have it installed but I never experienced this issue. Perhaps a Force Stop and Clear Data is in order, or uninstall/reinstall?

I'll try that. Thanks. I am usually able to get 14 plus hours of battery life and I was down to 10 with that installed.
