SMS sending problem

whenever i try to send an sms and some1 has just sent me one, i get told that it failed. is that the same for everyone else? i find it hard to believe the phone cant handle sending and receiving sms' at the same time, my i4 did that perfectly

All phones should do that flawlessly. There might be something preventing you from doing so.

You should "Reboot" the phone. Press and hold down volume up and power button simultaneously until white screen appears - and follow rebooting steps.
