SMS/text flood?

So my a wedding planner in Orlando stuck my sister for $ 10,000... And is now not returning any phone calls.. So I was hoping someone could possibly point me in the right direction.
I noticed the old text bomb apps were pulled from the market.
If it helps, the wedding planner has an iphone.

Caused my phone to restart the first time.. I had a phone call come in during my text barrage, might be why it rebooted.
But once I was back up, I started sending again, and shortly after received a message saying my number was blocked.. LOL, so I would say it works!!
