snapdragon s4 quad core vs tegra 3 quad core

how do these 2 compare? would one see a difference between these 2?

The S4 is more powerful. As for whether you'll notice that difference...probably. Apparently the UI on the Optimus G is smoother and more lag free than anything else because of the chip.

The Tegra 3 has tegrazone (so software that can take advantage of it). It's also not slow, but the S4 is a newer architecture, so I would expect it to outperform everything else.
