So close to saying goodbye to the Droid 3!!

Ive had the droid 3 for eternity it feels like! I got this phone coming from a blackberry and thought "I have to have a keyboard". Especially since playing with a smaller touch screen phone that keys were so hard to touch right. So I got the droid 3 and literally have used the keyboard 3 times in the almost 2 years ive had it. I didn't know about Swype which I love so touching the keys aren't that bad. Plus on a bigger touch screen, the keys aren't that hard to get right.

I am upgrading to the Galaxy S3!! I've thought of waiting a little longer for the S4 but the features aren't much better. Slightly better camera, little bigger screen and not much more that is worth forking over the extra $$. I will be paying only $50 for the S3 which is amazing. They are $100 at best buy and I signed up to get the $50 gift card when I upgrade threw them, so its going to be well worth it. Plus as we all know, there will always be something better coming out. Like how the Droid 4 came out 6 months after the D3.

My upgrade is on the 30th of this month...feels like an eternity away. I have already got a case for the S3 I ordered online

Bad decision. The S4 will have a quad core 1.9 GHz processor compared to the S3's 1.5 dual core. More than twice as fast as the S3. Why get a year old device when you can get a new one in a matter of 1.5 months. But it's your choice, good luck.

S3 will be fast enough plus with a new baby I need to save 200 bucks if I can. Like I said no need for the newest or best phone. This will surpass my droid 3

Thats for the factory unlocked international versions of the phones. Not the U.S. versions.

Come to find out yesterday that I will be getting 2 S3's for $25!! Not each...but total!! Phones are $99 at best buy and I had signed up for get a $50 best buy gift card if you upgrade threw them by end of year. So that makes my and wifes phone $50 each. But then I find out that I had enough PNC (my bank) points to get $75 gift card for Best buy. So in a few weeks when I get my phone, we will be spending $25 for two S3's! Cant get any better deals than that!
