So Frustrated I had To Reset The Phone for 7.0

This is insane now. When I first did the damn update the phone was better then before. The battery life lasted a long time and I had over 6 hours of OST for the first 2 days. After that everything went down hill... I noticed my battery dropping a whopping 30% twice now for no reason at all. I thought it might have something to do with two apps that I had downloaded. So I uninstalled them... Nothing happened. I also noticed my phone took several hours to charge on my Samsung charge pad. When usually it takes a hour and a half. So in the end I had to reset the phone.. This better work because I don't know what else to do now. If I'd known this would happen I was better off with not updating at all...

That sucks. I wonder if there are still some apps still not optimized for Nougat that may be causing them to run rogue. If they are taking your system, it's likely causing your phone to charge slower as well.
If the reset doesn't work, I'd be surprised.

After the reset I been having a lot of problems with the fingerprints not working the way they should. I had to redo them 4-5 times now. It's worse then before... Also the e mail app isn't working right either. It's not syncing the e mails unless I do it manually. And it's not showing up on the AOD either. Yet it was in the beginning before I reset the damn phone... And I did the setting for Auto( when received) and it's still not working right. Unless it's my provider acting up. I have Comcast, and my G mail is also linked with it. And I use the Samsung E mail app not the GMail app. I use it because I like seeing the theme for it.

Having the same fingerprint and email syncing issues on my TMo S7 (Nougat). I use the stock Sammy email app as well FYI.

Hopefully these bugs will be addressed soon via an update but I'm really digging Nougat thus far compared to MM.

Mine keeps saying Unable To Verify Account Information. Email Server imap.gmail.com is not responding. What the hell does that mean? I can't use my main e mail? WTF...

I really need help now. Both Samsung E Mail app and Gmail apps are not working. I can't get any emails at all. I even tried my email address that are not linked with gmail and are also not working. Keeps saying sever isn't working. And when I try clearing the data and start over the they get frozen trying to get the emails to come through.

Also notifications are not working at all on the AOD except for my alarm clock widget. I would get YouTube, eMail, Google notifications on the AOD and the notification bar and I'm not getting anything now. What the hell is going on with this new update? Is there any way to revert back to Marshmallow until all these problems get fixed? And the thing is everything was working right when I first installed 7.0. All of these problems started happening a day later..

I dont think its nougat as my phone has no problems. Did you use package disablers and not turn them off while updating?
