Verizon Galaxy S8 So I guess those of us coming from the Note 7 are just screwed

I do not think they are going to offer anything. I emailed cs at Samsung and asked before I preordered the S8+, even escalated it up to a manager and no luck. I was asking for the $100 they offered for staying with Samsung after returning the note 7.

Which $100 offer are you referring to?

Is it the $100 offer they made if you bought another Galaxy phone (S7?) as a replacement to the Note 7?

they offered $100 for those who replaced the note 7 with another samsung phone. the S8 will be my replacement for the note 7. i used an old 5s that i had laying around from end of January (when i returned my note 7) until now.

That's what I'm wondering myself. Hopefully there isn't since I never recieved my convience credit from the second recall.

I haven't had time to look it up but I'd imagine it either had an end date or a specific list of Galaxy phones.

Umm. You shouldn't have lost money on accessories. Check into that. At least from the note 7. You didn't have to return accessories and was still suppose to be refunded. I didn't like the S7 either and therefore just stuck with my old note 3 after sending my note 7 back. Still sucks paying for a plan, I could cancel..trying to see when the note 8 will arrive.
