So my A51 5g just restarted itself and factory reset itself.

This phone has been restarting itself a lot and just a few minuets ago it restarted but it also factory reset itself. idk what to do.

A bad software glitch perhaps, or possibly some hardware failure.

If you set up the phone again and the restarts recur, boot into Safe Mode as a test of whether one of your downloaded apps is causing trouble.

Boot the device in safe mode see if it still restarting, for factory reset not sure yet

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry to hear that. This is an object lesson on why it's important to keep your important data synced or backed up on a regular basis, because you never know when something bad might happen to your phone.

When a phone factory resets itself, that's a bad sign. I would factory reset it again properly, then set it up without restoring or installing any apps, and give it a few days to see if the problem comes back. If it doesn't you got lucky and it was an app you installed. If it does your phone has a major problem, and you'd be best served getting a new one.

i know you can use a pc and smart switch sofware to backup and resstore samsung device, but what about backup/restore using just the phone and maybe an app, is there a good option?
