Womp womp. That stinks. How long did you hold the power button down?

I usually hold it until the device powers on. Then I was like. Maybe it's dead. Popped it on the charger a few hours. Tried again, still nothing.

Keep it plugged in overnight, then try again. If no luck, then send back to Sprint.
