Now that you've had your Note 5 for a few weeks, any regrets letting go of your Note 4?
I was one of the "not going to upgrade from the Note 4" members until I went to my local Verizon store just to get a look and feel the Note 5. Well, I walked out the door with a 64gb Note 5 ordered for overnight Saturday delivery.
I was like a lot of people that were upset about the loss of the SD card slot and removable battery. (let's not beat that dead horse)
I looked at these issues and ways I could work around them. My solutions were quite simple, I have a quick charger at home, in my car and at my office. My drive to work takes 45 minutes, so I have a full charge every day when I get to work. I also have a battery pack but haven't had to use it. The battery last very well for me and the battery has not been an issue.
I keep checking my storage available and after loading everything I normally use, I still have over 40gb available. I also purchased a cable to connect a thumb drive if needed. I carry 2 64gb drives all the time for work and this gives me access to files I might need every few weeks or once a month but don't need taking up space on my phone.
I'm very pleased with this device, it is smooth and fast. No regrets for me.
Here is the cable that plugs in without issue and the usb drives I use in case anyone else is looking.
