so tried fixing fastboot now stuck at android screen

so as the title says i used the guide everything appeared to be going according to plan it finishes doing its thing so then i try to start it gets past the lg screen then gets the weird colors like the guide said it would but instead of starting up it gets stuck at the android logo any advice ?

yes. go to the thread for winfastboot. use the tool to put a recovery on the phone. then you will be able to flash a rom you want.
as for the issue you are having with the fastboot tutorial... idk, i didnt have that problem.
you could always find a phoenix KDZ file and flash that. but then you would be back to stock and having to root and get a recovery again.
