I don't quite understand what you are asking. Paranoid Android is a custom ROM, and the current version is 4.6.

Did you have any other questions about it? I ran it for a few weeks on my Nexus 5.

It did install without telling me

It appears to be a core system app. I will trybto remember to look into this further after work.
