So what to do next?

I have my Dinc rooted, skyraider 2.5.2 on it, swype keyboard(which I LOVE), beautiful widgets, and the black theme with circle/percent battery.. But I want something new and cool to show off. I hear a lot of talk for other phones about overclocking, is that something I can benefit from? Also what other cool stuff are people using that I could dip into? I know,i have a medical condition called iwannahavethebest-itus..

When I put the first kernel on, I got a benchmark of 1398, but then it froze so I put the second one on it, and now I only get 1270.. Can I reflash the first one and see if it freezes again or should I just keep this one?

You can if you want. But if the phone froze the first time, don't be surprised if it doesn't freeze again.

They're numbered one thru four in the order of stability, with four being the most stable.

Sure. You can try flashing each of them to see what works for you. Some hang on me and some work great!

You can also go the stock Hydra Kernal v5 at that site as well as a couple others you can find in ROM Manager.

How about changing your fonts? I just switched to a really nice set of fonts I got from the enTIGERation theme....
