I am coming off of a Storm 1 and obviously do not have my Incredible (DrInc) yet. Socialscope was one of my favorite apps on Storm, aggregated Facebook, all my Twitter accounts and Foursquare. Does anyone know if Socialscope is compatible with Android, or if there is a similar app available?

sense's friendstream should do something similar to that, aside from foursquare i think.

I like the idea, but using the Desire rom on the N1 isn't the best way to experience it. Hopefully the Desire is released soon.. or if I can win an Incredible ;)

You would be right in saying that sir. Former Tour owner...

yup, i'm a huge SocialScope user and it's only on Berry's. So, when HTC announced "FriendStream", i was like, hell yes - this is just like SocialScope but better. Can't wait! For a phone to have a native app like this is really great! for me, it was a huge selling point.

I do like the prospect of Friendstream, but I am very partial to Socialscope. I have an email out to the company on this matter but no answer yet.

i have a feeling after you use Friendstream, you'll forget all about SocialScope running on your BB hogging memory and sucking battery like it's nobody's business. lol :p

Sense sucks battery too. Hence why some people are partial to it and like the option of being able to disable it.

The fresh memories are rushing back in my head...

Besides I think SocialScope is doomed to be forever in beta and will most likely end up the likes of SkyFire--aka a dead end.

to be more clear though, it's the widgets that will use more battery, if you don't use the friendstream widget, it won't drain your battery.

:)

FriendStream, in my opinion, is WAAAAY less user friendly and has much less options that Socialscope. Big example is only allowing one twitter acct. Very limited in any kind of retweet or reply function, etc. To each his own, but I liked SS

I just downloaded the "Alphascope" app from the market and tried my old BB user name and password and was able to log into the app.
but i am unable to add my FB info, only my twitter, tumbler, and foursquare accounts were able to be added.
anyone else try using the app lately?
