Sofie smartwatch wont sync contacts?

Ive synced all my contacts to my google account on my phone, given permission to everything, uninstalled and reinstalled everything twice, disconnected and re connected everything twice and no matter what I do on my watch it still says "no contacts found"

Does anyone know how to sync this cause I've literally gone on every setting app on my phone and watch and just cannot find or get my contacts onto my watch at all and its getting on my nerves now!

Please help!
