Soft brick???

im a complete newbie and but i need someones help. i have a sph-l710 i rooted my phone..everything was fine untill i downloaded 3d chainfire or something like that, well my phone rebooted and ever since then it gets stuck on the samsung galaxys s3 logo..ive tried a few things but have had no success....i can still access download and recovery menus... heres what i used......

If you can boot into download mode, this should get you back to working condition:

And don't flash anything without understanding exactly what it is, and doing some research to make sure it is known to be compatible with your specific model of GS3.
