Soft Bricked Device.

Hi,
Don't know if any of you guys can assist,I have an almost new Cubot S208 which I have unfortunately soft bricked,I have access to a stock rom to reflash,but unfortunately my pc fails to find my device.
I am a comparative newbie,but will do my best to follow any help which may be forthcoming.
Phone is basically stuck at the Cubot loading screen.

See if you can power off and reboot into recovery. Try volume down and power at the same time.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick response,okay I got the phone into Boot Mode Screen which has 3 options
1 Recovery Mode
2 Fastboot Mode
3 Normal Boot
It says Volume up to select,volume down to enter,great,but unfortunately pressing volume down when I select any of the options has no effect on the phone.
Don't know whether this is a software glitch when the phone was made or what.
Any thoughts would be welcomed.

Sorry...scroll down to recovery, then click on it. If you get a 'No Command' press and hold power and click volume up (or vice versa). That should get you to recovery where you can clear cache and restart the device.
