soft bricked samsung phone, How do i fix

[AC Question]

My Samsung Galaxy Light(t399n) is stuck in a bootLoop/Soft bricked, How do i fix this.
It will not enter recovery mode and it can't be read by my PC or Samsung Kies

Notes:
-It will enter download mode.
-it is from MetroPCS
-it is stuck in bootLoop, meaning that it will always show the Samsung logo and never get to the home screen.
