Soft Buttons...

When I press in between the soft buttons, or don't press one perfectly center, it registers me pressing the search button. I thought it was my screen protector, but I peeled the bottom up and it still did this. Any ideas? Factory defect?

I know that long-pressing the Menu button will give you the search. But I couldn't get anything to happen while pressing between soft buttons...

Also, long-pressing the Home button will give you a list of recent apps.
