Soft key image distortion

The search soft key on my Inc 2 is stuck somewhere in between the portrait and landscape mode. It's brighter in whichever is the correct orientation, but there's a constant "ghost" image of the other orientation. It still seems to work fine, and honestly I hardly ever use it, but I am curious if this is something other people have ran into or if the store I've gone to (this is my third Inc 2 for various reasons) got a bad batch of Inc 2's?
