soft keys slightly lit with screen off

Is this happening to you guys. When I turn off the screen I can still see the soft keys are a little bit lit. I can only tell in a dark area for example if I were to turn off the light in my room. This I'm sure is draining some battery. Anyone else?

So I tried doing a factory reset but still have the same issue.
