Just downloaded on Sprint. Says it included general stability improvement and Call performance improvement.

I noticed it also came with the extreme power saving mode. Not sure what else it contains.

I got my update yesterday. Actually today because it was shortly after midnight. I've been using my phone all day and night with no issues.
