Well...true so far to whatever the Android One devices promised, sure enough my 7.1 had the above mentioned software update and security patch ready to go by the first of the month. (280.8 MB download size)

So that's what that feels like...

Feels good doesn't it. Especially as we have both suffered BlackBerry for many years. Glad to be back with Nokia.

Hi Tgeek, seen you many, many times on Crackberry over the years. Welcome to the Nokia club.

Thanks. Recognize you also.
I’ve had it for a few months but also tried a Key2 LE. Went back and forth but decided to sell the Key and stick with the Nokia.
The price is extremely competitive for what it does. Nice size. Good performance.
I’m happy!

Hey can I ask you something? A friend of mine just purchased the Samsung Galaxy A50...and other than the larger battery (4000 mAh vs. 3060 mAh) and the screen size 6.4' vs 5.8')...I've read some reviews where the Nokia 7.1 scores higher in overall performance and software design than the A50?!?! Is that possible?

I mean I'd get that the Android One software version would win out versus some of the Samsung bloatware and other third parties useless apps...

And not only that but the Nokia 7.1 is more expensive (not by much) than the A50!!!

How come we didn't get a security update for May? it went from April to June.
I received the May update. In fact, I've never missed a month since last November. Could it be due to the region your in. But I guess your June update would include anything from May. I'm in the UK.

Can't really help here as I'm not familiar with the new A range.
