What is "normal" for cell stand by?

I usually end the day with over 40% Cell Standby and my radios are constantly running and draining my S6 battery. The guys with the phenomenal battery life don't even have it show up, so maybe 'normal' is 1-2%.

My cell standby used to be a lot lower before like around 8% consistently. The past 2 or 3 weeks it has been a lot higher like 40 to 60%. Funny tho my battery life has always been very good since day one and has not changed. So it doesn't seem like it makes much difference.
