It could be the Nougat 7.1.1 software update unless you already have it installed on your tablet. Mine just update from Marshmallow 6.0.1 to Nougat a few days ago.

I just got a nougat update on Friday 11.24.

Just got nougat 7.1.1 on my tab a (t550). Wow. Looks good.

it's is in fact the nougat 7.1.1 just update my mother in law's with it it's a big jump from 6.0.1 and to be honest not happy as I have the tab s3 and it's still running 7.0
