software upgrade on SM-S902L GALAXY S5

Is there a way to upgrade software from 4.4.2 with a pc?
Mine says it's up to date.
I'm just trying to gain some control to my phone.
New to developers options
Rooting
And custom os

Sorry, no. 4.4.2 is the latest ROM written for it. (TracFone normally doesn't update their phones. Most MVNOs don't.)
