If you are feeling left out not getting voice and video for Talk in the 2.3.4 update, try Vtok in the market. It uses your existing Google account to chat with your Google contacts.

I tried it on WiFi and 3G and it works! In my brief trials it's not great quality video and audio. Skype audio seemed a little better so I would still use that for voice as a first choice.
