SOLVED: Gear VR: Oculus not loading

My Verizon SGS7 is not loading the Oculus VR app when I plug it into the Gear R323 headset. I have found the problem to be com.facebook.appmanager and com.facebook.system are not on my phone. Oculus needs them to load.

Is there a way to sideload these apps/files? I have the headset working well with Google Cardboard VR apps, but sure would like to get Oculus working.

The problem was due to Package Pro shutting them off.
I re-enabled everything Oculus and FB, plugged the phone in the unit, and it went right to the setup for Oculus.
