[SOLVED] NearDrop not working

Hey guys, NearDrop wont send any files from my S24 to my Macbook Air.

It just hangs on this screen and nothing appears on my Macbook. Any ideas?

It's more likely that you have an issue with your home network. please check your router settings to look for anything that might block the multicast UDP packets that device discovery relies on, or block devices on your local network communicating with each other.

It was due to my Macbook being on Silent mode. When I turned this off, it worked.

I think it does. But checkout Blip it's an even better solution and it works on all platforms. It's amazing and still free (for now)! Also super fast

i had issues with NearDrop to my mac air too. now i am using CX file explorer and it works great S24U and fast <-> MacAir. you should check out that app.
