[Solved]Pixel Fold not recognizing voice dictation

Pixel Fold stopped recognizing voice after "ok Google/Hey google" (This too works only sometimes) and also not recognizing even if I manually touch the microphone on assistant bar or Gboard. Sometimes registers only first word. I tried clearing cache on Google app (also not working as I said in Gboard) and also restarted phone. Didn't help. Contacted Google support and they asked me to reset permissions for all apps (Settings -> Apps -> Reset persmissions) and even after that it didn't work. Then they suggested me to factory reset the phone. I just tried that but it is still not working. Phone is with latest security and system update. Any suggestions?

Note: Phone not recognizing any dictation, hot words like answer, silence in phone and stop or snooze in clock. Pixel is useless without these features for me.

Never mind... Looks like the issue is because of the skin I put on the fold (replaced my case) which may be blocking the microphone though it worked fine initially. I went through lot to figure this out...
