Solved EDIT: Viewing the Hotmail Inbox I don't always see the row of icons (ie) < > / Home icon / BkMk Star AND 3-Bars that when pressed offers -- ADD PAGE TO -- and HOME PAGE is an Option.
AT&T Note 10 -- I cannot remember HOW I got a deleted Samsung Browser Hotmail acct Web shortcut (NOT APP) to my Home Screen.
Site is -- https://Outlook.Live.com/mail/inbox ---
The former shtcut kept requiring a Refresh of the "error" Web page Every time before it would load, so I deleted it thinking the Add to Home Screen Option would pop up somewhere - it is apparently at NSA/CIA level stealth. At site the 3 bars only offers EDIT and MOVE with No mention of Home Screen.
My Samsung Internet shtcut is in the frozen bottom row of Home Pg and I can't even figure How to duplicate it as a separate Shtcut (ie on Hm Pg 2) in case that matters.
Any help appreciated.
