I just bought a OnePlus Two, unlocked bootloader, rooted, custom recovery, etc... (Still using stock OS) And opened up CPU-Z to check everything out. Here's my problem:
The last four cores (of 8) are almost always off, and the first four that are on are limited to ~850MHz. If I try to change the max frequency to 1.5GHz, the cores will still stay at ~850.
I've tried echoing a 1 to the /system/..../cpu#/online file, but that doesn't seem to work. I have also gone through the obvious stuff (no power saving, running a benchmark/stress testing, etc...) But the cores are still offline.
