Some downloads not appearing in Market after froyo

After I downloaded froyo on my Evo, only 5 apps appear in the Market Downloads window.However i have over 100 apps installed. Opening the apps or rebooting has no effect. The problem of course is that I can't see updates. Help?

Same thing happened to me. Those that appear are probably apps you paid for. The free apps did appear later though after I powered down the phone and brought it back up.
