Some icons colored, others B&W

When showing the installed apps on my phone (a Pixel 7 Pro), they are in color. If I drag some of them to the desktop, they might end up as black & white, or in color, but I'd like them all in color.

I do not know what prompted this, nor have I figured out how to correct it.

Any clues?

Most of the Google apps are themed but not all. A few others are too. It does bug me.

Thank you rbvfan, unchecking the "Themed icons" took care of it. I don't remember turning it on, but at age 70, there's a lot that I don't remember!
