Some phone and battery problem please help

[Android Central Question]

If i charge my phone and use it soon battery gives good backup,but after charging use it 3-4 hrs latter then phone shows full percentage of battery but when i on my data(internet) connection the phone shows 0% of battery and phone goes off..why?..please help

Sounds like a bad battery - it can't hold a charge for 3-4 hours.
