Some Questions

1. How can we take a screen shot? Tried moving my hand left to right..didn't work.

2. How does one modify what tools are available in the down pull down menu, the one that has WiFi, Bluetooth, torch, etc. I think on the M8 there was a tool for taking a screen shot.

Appreciate any help on these.

Nope, that doesn't seem to work. Just lowers the volume, and yes, I was pressing the power key too.

That's what I did and it worked for me. I mean you have to hold it for about 2 seconds.

VERIZON has a user guide. It might be in there. Using Quick settings is on page 40.

So far I haven't seen a way to do it. It's the only thing I'm dissapointed about in this phone. Hopefully that feature will come in an update
