Somebody please help me with assistive touch or dexterity control? Samsung s8

I don't know what happened
My samsung s8 somehow turned on a setting, i think it's the assistive touch or dexterity? It keeps popping up these options for gestures and beeping at me. I can't even get past the lock screen i am about to smash my new phone into a million pieces. I had to put my sim card in my old phone. Someone please help

Have you gone to Settings>accessibility... Make sure nothing is switched on that you don't require?
