Someone using my phone while charging

My phone was charging, when I listen the "touch" sound, the sound that the phone use to do when some one is tapping on the screen, I went near my phone and saw the opening and closing of the screen that show all the open apps.
Is that normal?

I'm not sure I understand what issue you are experiencing. Could you be more specific?

Well, I would like to know if it is normal that a phone that is quietly charging start to make the "touch" sound and open and close some app by it self. May be my phone is hijacked, but it is also possible that this could be a normal behavior of the android update.

So I ask the community...

Is this just one App that does this? If so try deleting the app.

The only app I was able to see working by itself is the system app that show all the running apps, the one that appear when the menu button is pressed.

I resetted the phone to factory setting.
