Something's not right..

So I had to get a replacement thunderbolt cause the screen broke on my first one. I get the replacement device boot it up with my LTE sim card. It don't work so I call VZW and talk to two employees who finally tell me I need to go to a store.

At the store they give me a new sin sold well.

Now whenever I text someone my number shows up as a 14 door number...? What should I do?

I'm guessing u meant they gave u a new sim card. Pull your battery out.

Go back to the store and have them fix it. Or you could call tech support first and see if they can do something remotely.

Same here simple reboot.

Power off and remove the battery for a few seconds if the reboot doesn't work.
Happened to me first day I had mine....
