Sometimes screen doesn't come on...

Not all the time, but sometimes, I can press either button and it wornt won't respond. Only thing that happens is that the two light up buttons will light up, but no screen.

WTF

Did this just start happening recently? How long are you waiting after hitting the power button? The buttons light up a second or so before the screen comes on occasion for me.

I've had my phone 2 weeks and mine just started doing that as well

If it's been two weeks you should still be able to return the device. If your power button isn't working right I'd suggest doing that.

It's been 18 days. I bought it from Best Buy and also got their $10/month insurance plan, so I'm pretty sure I can exchange it.

Not sure how many days Best Buy allows, but yeah with insurance you should be able to.

Im still within my return window, and I have Beat Buys insurance. Provlem is, it doesnt do it all the time.

The thing is, it shouldn't be happening at all though. I'd replace it now and avoid having that problem later down the line when you're out of the return window.

What I'm worried about is having to go to Best Buy and argue with them about what the phones doing, and not being able to show it to them amd prove it.

I don't think that will be a problem. I stopped by when it first started happening and right away the Best Buy rep offered to replace it. Since I'm a lazy *** and didn't feel like reinstalling all my apps, losing my text threads and pics, I declined. If it gets to the point where it is happening 10 times a day, then I'll replace it.
